Any client that plans to operate the vessel must have extensive experience operating vessels on northwest coast saltwater or present a safe boaters certificate from BOAT.US.ORG - click here to take the test and print your certificate - http://www.boatus.org/alaska/. The renter/operator will be required to go through an orientation the evening before the rental date.
